At PSL Automation the aftercare service is as important to us as giving you a great service in the beginning. And whether you are a existing customer or a new customer we are willing to help.

Like cars gates need to be serviced regularly to run smoothly at all times and the more frequent a gate is used the more often a gate should be serviced.
With one of our maintenance contracts you will get regular servicing, that ensures optimum performance and safety of all equipment, also highlights any minor issues before they escalate and helps preserve the life of the system. Our service contracts include Health & safety Risk assesment, force pressure testing and we can service most main brands of equipment such as SEA, FAAC, BPT, BFT, FADINI, DEA, GIBIDI, NICE, CAME, PRASTEL, VIDEX, TELGUARD. 

You get priority call outs with a guaranteed response time of either one or three working days, depending on the level of the contract; With a premium contract you will have a guaranteed response within one working day. With a standard contract you will have a guaranteed response within three working days. You will also recieve a 10% discount on labour and parts at manufacturers list price.

This means you can be assured that your gates will be properly maintained and know that in the event of a problem you will get prompt attention.
